A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a great opportunity in their Ambulatory clinic.
Position Title: Ambulatory Nurse
Location: Manhattan, NY
Hours: M-F 9-5 business hours
Salary: $90,000-$105,000
Job Description:

• Provide oversight of the Licensed Practical Nursing and /or Medical Assistant staff including laboratory, primary care, specialty services, provider assignments and schedule.
• Provide health education and follow-up for patients regarding preventive or urgent care. Participate in collaborative initiatives to address health promotion and chronic care.
• Conduct internal collaborative work between the primary care practice and specialty clinics to ensure optimal utilization of services.
• Ensure quality standards set by the external regulatory agencies and internal standard operating protocol and procedures.

Requirements:

• NYS Licensed Registered Nurse with 1-3 years' experience in a Primary Care Center or Ambulatory Center. Will consider comparable inpatient experience. BCLS certification.
• BS/MS Nursing (Associates Nursing Degree will be considered with experience).
• Proficient with use of Electronic Medical Records - Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Willing to train beyond basic skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
